Self-service options allow your employees and managers easily update their own information, initiate and approve changes through simple workflows, or make requests to our support team for more complex changes that require human assistance.

Adding New Employees

When a new employee is being onboarded, we set up a profile that interfaces with your recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that all required information is collected, and new employee notifications are triggered to other systems and processes such as payroll, CRM, ERP, email, and site security.

Updating Employee Information

We provide all services required to maintain and update your employee records in the HRIS and associated systems throughout the period of employment. This includes self-service and requests for changes, maintenance of employee documentation, approval workflows, and regular workforce reporting.

Proactive Program Notifications

We initiate proactive notifications – reminders for HR, line managers and employees where time-sensitive conditions are reached, such as expiry of certifications or visas, contractor end dates, workflow approvals and actions, and service anniversaries or birthdays.

Employee Exit Service

When an employee will no longer work for your company, we’re able to finalise the electronic employee profile and mark as inactive, manage the employee exit process and complete leaver notifications to other systems and processes.
